When viewing a concurrent request and selecting the Tools: Copy File menu option, the following error occurs:

The Applications File Server could not open the file <path>/logs/appl/conc/out/o6xxx.out for read.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. View a Concurrent Request.
2. Select Tools: Copy File.
