Symptoms

Entering Adjustments allows for multiple line adjustments that add up to more than individual employee's approval limit within a single request submission.

Collections > Collections Agent > Collections form > Transactions Tab> Adjustments Button> Adjustments Form

Example 1) Collector tries to do adjustment above the Approval limits and the system holds the transaction as 'Waiting Approval'.  This is okay.

Example 2) Collector tries to perform the similar adjustments on the same transaction in 3 different lines and saves them all at one time then system approves the adjustments.  This is not okay.

In the above example 2, we should understand that the adjustments are done by the collector on the 'Same transaction' by entering the adjustment amounts 'within the limits'.  Collector is easily bypassing example 1.  The whole point of having the Approval limits is ignored.  Collector should be restricted to do this. Collectors approval limits should be restricted to the 'Transaction'.
