On : 12.1.2 in the Dispatch Center: when trying to schedule a task from the Dispatch Center form,  an error occurs if the task has 'Access Hours'.

1. Connect to the applications using the 'Field Service Manager' responsibility.
2. Navigate to the Dispatch Center.
3. Attempt to schedule any task which has 'Access Hours'.
