APP-PO-14056 Error When Attempting To Cancel PO (Doc ID 1311835.1)

When attempting to cancel a Purchase Order (PO), the following errors appear :

APP-PO-14056: User Exit #PO REQUEST_ACTION returned error

Cause: #PO REQUEST_ACTION encountered an internal error Parameters:
GLOBAL.status_field,GLOBAL.online_report_id,GLOBAL.return_code, REASON,CANCEL_REQS,ACTION_DATE,USE_GLDATE,

Action: Note this error number and the actions you are trying to perform. Contact your system administrator for assistance.

APP-PO-14160: Document action not completed successfully

Cause: You attempted to perform a document action that is incompatible with the document status.

Action: No action is required.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Navigate to Purchase Order Summary
2. Query PO
3. Menu: Tools > Control > Cancel PO
4. Check 'Use Document GL Date to Unreserve' and click OK
5. Click OK for the Caution message
Errors pop up.


The FND Debug log (fnd_log_messages) shows:

"-: XLA-95103: An internal error occurred. Please inform your system administrator or support representative that:
An internal error has occurred in the program xla_events_pkg.validate_event_type_code. Event type REQ_RESERVED is not defined for the enti"
