Find that there are 2 associations getting created when agents are assigned to accounts
Expect only one association to be created
Steps to reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
(R) Email Center Administrator
(N) Email Center Supervisor Console /Administration/Email Accounts/Associations
Agents (agents to accounts)
Select an Email Account
Check the Email Access box against an agent and see that another record gets created when applied.
There will be two associations for the same agent and one cannot be deleted/removed.
