Table IBY_BATCHES_ALL Does Not Show Correct Values For Columns Numtrxns And Batchtotal (Doc ID 1312015.1)

Symptoms

Fetch Settlement Batch Clearing process is now completing successfully and EFT batches are downloaded and processed correctly.  However, the columns NUMTRXNS and BATCHTOTAL are not getting updated in IBY_BATCHES_ALL as per the data in file.
