Symptoms

There is the requirement to limit the driver time to 14 hours maximum.

Setting the STRUNG SHIPMENTS MAXIMUM DURATION parameter has no effect.
Using the lookup service type during the Shipment creation, then set a fixed service time on the shipment via an agent and run the driver assignment with a rate service TL_SIM does not work either The HOS rule doesn't seem to have any effect whatsoever.
