Find that on a partial termination quote of a unit out of multi-unit asset, the quote line Unbilled Receivables - RENT is showing incorrect value.
Expect correct amount to be calculated.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a lease contract with the following detail:
Start Date: 01-MAR-2010.
Payments: Arrears - Monthly
Term: 48 months
Asset: 1/100000 (5 Units/20000 each)
Termination Quote Formula: QUOTE_TERMINATION
Quote Obligation Formula: QUOTE_UNBILLED_RECEIVABLES
Contractual Fee Option: yes
Outstanding Balances: yes
2. Book the contract
3. Bill the contract for 10 months and Pay for 10 months
4. Create a Termination Quote: Partial Termination (1unit) -- Accepted Jan-2011
Asset terminated successfully.
Terminated asset payments updated successfully.
5. Go to Amounts tab in the quote and look at the Unbilled Receivables - RENT
It shows: 4077.78
Whereas it should show:
(Unbilled receivables @ Partial Termination Date - Jan-2011/ Number of total units for asset) * number of units terminated
(101,944.5/5) * 1 = 20,388.9.
