After Patch 8909575, Cannot Create Credit Reference Letter At Party Level (Doc ID 1312562.1)

Credit Reference Letter


After the application of Patch 8909575:R12.OCM.B to correct data issues with the Credit Reference Letter, you can no longer create the Credit Reference Letter at the Party Level. 

Now, you have to create it at the Account level.

After Patch 8909575:R12.OCM.B, there is now a field under Customer Name for Account Number. 
Even if you only enter the Customer Name OR the Registry_id, you still get results by account number and you can only run the Credit Reference by Account.
