Users within the system are receiving locking errors on Service Requests, Contact Center and Tasks.

These errors manifest in many errors to the user, but the most common are the following:


FRM-40654: Record has been updated. Requery block to see change
FRM-40654: Record has been updated by another user


returned to the user.
