Symptoms


When attempting to delete an operation for an open released Work Order the following error occurs:

ERROR
-----------------------
FRM-40654: Record has been updated. Requery block to see change

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open released work order in WIP operations with more then on operation.
2. Ensure the operation to be deleted is after the current operation being transacted.
3. Attempt to delete the operation and save.
