In the Assets Impairments screen, when clicking the "Update Impairment" icon, the following error appears in the Processing - Create Document (Web ADI) screen:
Fatal error: Please have your system administrator view the bne.log file.
Please contact your support representative.
The BNE log shows the below error:
ApplicationServerThread-3 CRITICAL ERROR java.lang.NullPointerException
ApplicationServerThread-3 ERROR BneParentMenuResolver.getMenuItem() MENU 101:BUDGET_NOTE - Menu item excluded because IntegratorAppId and Code does not match that of the Top-Most Menu Item or current Integrator: 140:FA_IMPAIRMENTS_INTG
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Assets - Impairments - Create and Post. Then search for an impairment with status 'New' and click 'Update Impairment'.
