Symptoms

As per current functionality, the Order Line Type is mapped to one Service Activity.
There is no ability to use own business logic to derive Order Line Type in Service Request in the Charges Screen.

There could be Service Activities that could use more than one order line type in Order Management depending on the type of Entitlement.
