RMA Receipt transaction fails to update Install Base and has the following error:

This customer item instance is currently in an Internal location PROJECT and it is an Invalid location for the type of transaction being processed

 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform RMA Receipt transaction in Inventory and OM
2. Check Install Base instance > instance is not updated with RMA receipt transaction
3. Go to Oracle Install Base Admin responsibility > Transaction Error Reprocessing form > above error can be seen
