Missing Address Details In Customer Items Form (INVICITM) Or Customer Item Cross References Form (INVICXRF) (Doc ID 1313132.1)

When querying Customer Items or Customer Item Cross References in Oracle Inventory / Item Master, the address details are not displayed, the fields are blank / empty.

No error when saving the record but address details entered by the user were not getting saved.

The problem occurs with some addresses only.

The issue can be replicated with the following steps:

1. Select the Inventory responsibility
2. Go to Items : Customer Items : Customer Item Cross References
3. Enter customer item cross reference at address level
4. Save
5. Requery the record
6. See the Address details are missing
