New Invalids Generated After Dropping and Re-creating Packages FA_API_TYPES, FA_STD_TYPES, FA_CIP_PUB with Compilation Error PLS-00907 (Doc ID 1313196.1)

Symptoms

New invalids are generated after dropping and re-creating the following packages:

FA_API_TYPES, FA_STD_TYPES, FA_CIP_PUB

Four new invalids are generated after executing the packages:

FAPTYPES.pls, faxstds.pls, FAPCIPS.pls, FAPCIPB.pls

Unable to compile manually.
