R12: Journal Attachments Are Not Available When Querying Journal Via Account Inquiry (Doc ID 1313261.1)

Symptoms

When drilling down from Account Inquiry into a journal, the journal attachment is not visible.
The same attachment can be viewed successfully when accessing the journal directly from the Journals form (GLXJEENT).
 
This occurs only for some attachments.
These attachments have the Attachment Category of 'Miscellaneous'.

Steps to Reproduce:

GL SuperUser
Navigate to Account Inquiry
Drill down to the Journal Entry - Show Full Journal
There is no Attachment on the journal.
 

Changes

Upgraded from 11.5.10 to R12.
