Symptoms
Prospective supplier registration creates supplier sites in all Operating Units (OU) though the supplier registration page has encryption string for only one Operating Units.
Steps To Reproduce
1. Register the supplier for specific Operating Units (e.g.: UK ).
2. Observe that supplier sites are generated for all Operating Units.
Note is valid for 12.2 as well.
