Attempting to create an Invoice with a Foreign (non-US/International) bill to, ship to, ship from, or bill from address and receive the following error:

Failed in Creating Tax Line

Oracle is still calling Vertex (Taxware).

By default the 3rd party tax engine will be called if any of the above 4 mentioned addreses are in the US unless you have completed setup to prevent this call from being made.
