Receipt Application Issue: Applications Screen Does Not Show Applied Invoice Details (Doc ID 1313357.1)

A receipt that is applied to an invoice using the 'Search and Apply' from the workbench, doesn't show the invoice it is applied to. The Apply To field in the application window shows null row.

When the user closes the Receipts workbench completely and then goes back and re-queries the receipt, the invoice it is applied to is now shown correctly.
