Symptoms

Problem Statement: 

The following Oracle Reports objects did not generate successfully:

pay reports/US PAYUS941.rdf
pay reports/US PAYUSACT.rdf
pay reports/US PAYUSFTR.rdf
pay reports/US PAYUSLTR.rdf
pay reports/US PAYUSREG.rdf
pay reports/US PAYUSTOT.rdf
pay reports/US PYCAWCBS.rdf
ghr reports/US GHRSF50.rdf

The following error is seen:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Recompile invalid objects.
