Navigating With Breadcrumb On New Item Request Change Report Displays Previous NIR (Doc ID 1313986.1)

Symptoms

Previous New Item Request (NIR) Details appear when updating Current NIR.

Steps
 

Note: The screen shot shows the issue where the user was editing New Item Request JBP12J11_2 and this still shows in the bread crumbs, but the details of an earlier New Item Request JBP12J11_1 appears after editing.
  1. Navigate to Change Management > Change Reports
  2. Open a change order
  3. Edit the workflow section
  4. Save.
  5. Return to the change report using the breadcrumb
  6. Choose another change order.
  7. Edit the workflow section
  8. Save.
  9. The wrong change order displays.

Workaround
User need to pay attention and revert information to correct NIR details.

Business Impact
Causing manual mistakes when users edit one New Item Request but another appears. They keep editing thinking it was the original one.
