Business Purpose : Data Not Saved When Navigate and Save in Another Tab.

Information in this document applies to any platform.


When you update data in different tab of Account Site Information, only data from the active tab are saved.


1. Search for a Customer and select any existing site.
2. Modify any details on Business Purpose tab, for example, make site as primary.
3. Without saving  move, for example, to Communications tab and change the contact number for an existing contact.
4. Save and apply the changes.

It can be seen that only data on communications tab gets saved.
