When attempting to access E-Business Suite clone instance which uses Oracle Access Manager as single sign on server after refresh of E business suite from source, the following error occurs:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Refresh E business suite Test instance with production.
2. Access E business suite instance .

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot authenticate from a single sign on.
