Symptoms

On 11.5.10.2

Using Application Set = Payroll

Find employees with missing timecards are shown multiple times in the Missing Timecard Report for the same period. This is even the case for new employees with no changes on their person or assignment record.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into US OTL Application Developer responsibility
2. N: Processes and Reports > Submit Requests > Single Request > Missing Timecard Report


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
This is a very important payroll report. Due to this issue, report is too long to print and it makes it difficult to use.
