R12: CRM Specific Resources Additional Information DFF Is Not Available In 360 Degree View

Symptoms
The Descriptive Flexfield - CRM Specific Resources Additional Information has been enabled but is not visible within the 360 Degree View in Incentive Compensation. The DFF is visible in the Forms based Resource Form
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
ENABLE RESOURCE DFF
(R) System Administrator
(N) Application > Flexfield > Descriptive > Segments
Query back:
- Application: CRM Foundation
- Title: CRM Specific Resource Additional Information
- Under Context Field Values add a new line:
- Code - XXX Additional Resource Info
- Name - XXX Additional Resource Info
- Description - XXX Additional Resource Info
- Check enabled box
- Save
- Click on Segments button
- Click on New button
- Name - XXX Priority
- Description - Test for
- Column - Attribute1
- Number - 10
- Enter other values as needed
- Save
- Go back to main form
- Click Freeze Flexfield Definition
- Click Compile button
- JTF_RS_RESOURCE_EXTNS_DFV - compiled successfully
(R) CRM Administrator
(N) Resource Manager
- Maintain Resources
- Resources
- Query back Resource
- Click on Roles tab
- The flexfield is enabled (next to Identification Number)
(R) Compensation Manager
(N) Resource Compensation Overview
- Search Resources
- Query back resource
- Click on Resource Setup tab
- Scroll up and down cannot see DFF
(R) Compensation Manager
(N) Resource Management
- Resources
- Query back Resource
- DFF still not visible
