Service: "No data found using these search criteria" Error Searching in the Service Request Form (Doc ID 1314487.1)

Symptoms

On all versions of the application.

When attempting to find a Service Request in the Find Service Requests form the following error is returned:

'No data found using these search criteria'

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. (R)Field Service Manager
  2. (N)Field Service Dispatcher>Service Request>Service Requests>Find Service Requests
  3. Enter the number of the Service Request to be found. (B) Find
  4. Error message received
