Is there a standard way in Payment Process Profile > Outbound payment file extension field that would dynamically calculate the date and time?

For example, file name would be xxxxx.hhmmssnnnccyymmdd where xxxxx is the static portion of the file name and hhmmssnnnccyymmdd should be dynamically generated based on payment date and time.
