Symptoms
Pick Release is failing to release order lines even there is sufficient stock available, for locator controlled items
It fails with:
P_MESSAGE ==> Pick Release process could not allocate 1 of item 19-09-02-0003 for order xxxxx as there was insufficient quantity available Or Inventory allocations have failed, and the line has been back ordered.
