Goal

Can Enterprise Install Base (EIB) be used to create CIP assets in Fixed Assets without using projects for normal items?

Setups done:

1. Normal items without projects.
2. In item master, Purchasing tab for an item has asset category mapped to a CIP asset category in Fixed assets module.
3. Item is received (PO receipt) and then misc transaction of EIB issue to HZ location is performed.
----EIB item instance is created correctly.
----EIB is issued to HZ_location happens correctly with usage = "in-service"
4.Create assets program is run and an asset is created in FA mass additions as Capitalized and NOT CIP.

What about depreciable items with no Projects? Can CIP assets be created in FA if the Inventory valuation account is a CIP account?
