When clicking on the Task tab for an existing service request the following error message is received:
"The request init did not complete successfully. Please refer to the Help>Diagnostics>Logging menu for information about the cause of the request failure. If no logging found, please enable logging on level Error and execute the request again."
1. Login to the Application with a user that has the responsibility Customer Support.
2. Use the Navigation path. Service Requests => Find Service Requests.
3. Enter Service Request number and click search.
4. When service request is found and displayed click on the Tasks tab.
