The Location you Entered does not Exist or is Flagged Error when an Employee Candidate Applies to a Job (Doc ID 1315321.1)

On 12.0.6, when an employee candidate applies to a job, the following error occurs:

The location you entered does not exist or is flagged as inactive.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login into application (The person belongs to say UK Business Group).

2. Go to iRecruitment Employee Candidate Responsibility. 

3. Navigate to Jobs Tab. Select a Job Category.

4. Click on Go.

5. Select the vacancy (this vacancy has a location that is local and both.  The vacancy and location have the same business group which is UK Business Group).

6. Click on Apply Now.

7. Click on Continue.
