Calculating Canada Vacation Bank Dollars when a Previous Terminated Employee Returns (Doc ID 1315419.1)

Goal


Canada Vacation Bank Dollars is not calculating correctly for rehired employees. It seems to be taking the person_id for period of service when in fact it should be the assignment_id.
The problem is that person's who are terminated and then rehired accrue at the base level again, they continue accruing from their First Hire Date instead of using the new one.
