Symptoms

Customer is upgrading from 11.5.10.2 to R12.1.1 and the xlaaxcrh2.sql script is failing with an ORA-01427: single-row subquery returns more than one row.

Same error occurs with the following scripts:

a) xlaaxapp2.sql
b) xlaaxcmapp2.sql
c) xlaaxmcd2.sql
d) xlaaxth2.sql
e) xlaaxtrx2.sql
f) xlaaxadj2.sql
