Symptoms

On 11.5.10.2 Family Pack K RUP6 in Self-Service > Benefits,

During open enrollment, when an employee attempts to change an existing dependents' details or add a new dependent on the Dependents and Beneficiaries page in Self-Service, the following error occurs:

Life event reason not available in person action table


Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to responsibility Employee Self-Service and select the Benefits function.
2. Change details for an existing dependent or add a new dependent and click the Next button on the Dependents and Beneficiaries page.
