Create Settlement Batches Fails: Argument USERNAME missing During Codepoint Invocation (Doc ID 1316660.1)

Symptoms

Create Settlement Batch (CSB) request fails with error. Request log shows:


oracle.apps.iby.exception.PSException: Argument USERNAME missing during codepoint invocation.
at oracle.apps.iby.bep.proc.paymentech.net.PTKBatchPutFunction.transmit(PTKBatchPutFunction.java:75)
at sun.reflect.NativeMethodAccessorImpl.invoke0(Native Method)
at sun.reflect.NativeMethodAccessorImpl.invoke(NativeMethodAccessorImpl.java:39)
at sun.reflect.DelegatingMethodAccessorImpl.invoke(DelegatingMethodAccessorImpl.java:25)

Instance was recently cloned from production. After clone, IP and Port values were updated in Paymentech FTP_PUT transmission configuration. No changes were made to username and password as they are same for production and test accounts.

Changes

Issue can be caused by one of the following changes

-- recent clone of production to test
-- upgrade from 11i to R12
