When trying to save an event alert, the following error is displayed:

APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 1 in CREATE_EVENT_DB_TRIGGER

The goal of this document is to explain how to resolve this issue.

Steps to reproduce issue:

1. Selecte Alert Manager responsibility
2. Navigate to Alert->Define. Define alert and save
