When selecting Apply for an Inbound transaction in AGIS , the following error occurs.
an Error Page comes up and we cannot continue. The main details in the error page are:
oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01403: no data found
ORA-06512: at "APPS.FUN_RECIPIENT_WF", line 1848
ORA-06512: at line 1
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Initiator completes an outbound AGIS transaction and applies.
2. Recipient selects the inbound transaction, adds the accounting details and amounts, and clicks Apply
3. Login as User âSYSADMINâ
b. Responsibility > Workflow Administrator Web Applications > Administrator Workflow > Status Monitor
c. Search for the workflow with the following values -
Internal Name: FUN%
Item Key: <Batch Id%>
Note: Make sure that Workflow Owned By is â All Employees and Users / Your Userâ
(Otherwise you will not be able to view any workflows).
This showed that in the error status field we had
Error Message ORA-04061: existing state of has been invalidated ORA-04061: existing state of has been invalidated
A patch was applied
