When attempting to create a vacancy with approvals, the following error occurs:

-- Error
The changes were not applied because User-Defined Exception
Workflow Errors: HRSSA, 102570
Failed Activity = Notify HR About Commit System Error
Activity Type = Notice
Error Name = WFNTF_ROLE

-- Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
1.iRecruitment Recruiter > New Vacancy > enter basic information > click
2.Add ad hoc approver > submit
