Symptoms

When attempting to input a Source-name longer than 30 Byte the System will send an error message:

Unexpected User Exit Error(1).coming from QT_EU.Create Tree

Steps
1. Navigate to Inventory->Transactions->Subinventory Transfer (or Miscellaneous Transactions)
2. Enter transaction date, type.
3. Enter a source with more than 30 characters (for example 42 digits: 012345678901234567890123456789012345678901)
4. Enter item, and tab.
5. Error is thrown multiple times.
