Auto Updates To Some Sevice Requests Via Email Center Are Generating Huge Volumes In Log And Notes. (Doc ID 1317581.1)

The Auto-Update to some Service Request by the Email Center application generates a huge volume in the Log and Notes of the Service Request form. Also the emails can not be open via the Interaction tab because
the following error occurs.

ORA-06502: PL/SQL: Numeric or value error.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Have an Auto Update Rule in Email Center setup.
2. Send emails into the associated email account
3. From the Service Request form select the Log and Notes button.
