Symptoms
After creating a new legal entity and operating unit, the following error message appears when trying to open the PO Summary form:
APP-PO-14142: get_po_parameters-10: ORA-01403: no data found
Cause: A SQL error has occurred in get_po_parameters. The SQL error is ORA-01403: no data found.
Action: Take note of both this error number and the actions you were trying to perform. Contact your System Administrator for further assistance.
