11.5.10 Extended Support - Order Import Does Not Import Sales Orders

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Order Import does not process records in the order import interface table.
This issue is started after applied patches to comply with 188.8.131.52 extended support.
The Order Import Concurrent Program ends with:
No orders to process
Not spawning any child processes
Expecting order import to process records in the order import interface tables.
1. Purchasing Responsibility -> Run Create Internal Sales Orders Concurrent program
2. Order Management Responsibility -> Run Order Import
3. Review the log file, see the record was not being processed.
Applied patches to comply with 184.108.40.206 extended support.
