Emails Sent To From Customer email id (@xxx.com) to Email Account Monitored by Email Center (yyyyyy@xxx.com) Are Not Downloaded by the Download Processor (Doc ID 1317723.1)

Symptoms

Emails sent to from customer email id (@xxx.com) to email account monitored by email center (yyyyyy@xxx.com) are not downloaded by the Download Processor.

This does not take place for an email account that doesn't have the @xxx.com domain.

Expected Behavior

Expect all email messages to be downloaded by the Download Processor

Steps

1. Send an email to yyyyyy@xxx.com with an email address with the @xxx.com domain
2. The email message does not get downloaded by the Download Processor

If Customer polls the table iem_rt_pp_queues.

We see these emails briefly in the table iem_rt_pp_queues, with:

Flag 'N'
Flag 'A'
Flag 'X'

Then the record is deleted.
