Emails sent to from customer email id (@xxx.com) to email account monitored by email center (firstname.lastname@example.org) are not downloaded by the Download Processor.
This does not take place for an email account that doesn't have the @xxx.com domain.
Expect all email messages to be downloaded by the Download Processor
1. Send an email to email@example.com with an email address with the @xxx.com domain
2. The email message does not get downloaded by the Download Processor
If Customer polls the table iem_rt_pp_queues.
