APP-PO-15566 Cannot Receive RMA When Sales Order In Secondary UOM (Doc ID 1317764.1)

Symptoms

When doing the receipt for return in secondary UOM, receive the following error in Lot entry window.

Error:
APP-PO-15566: Quantity entered  is greater than Quantity available for this lot in the RMA

Steps:
1. Book/ship sales order for 1 Short Ton (ST), which is the secondary UOM in the system (Metric Ton (MT) is the Primary UOM).
2. Enter return line on the sales order for 1 ST, referencing the original 1 ST that was shipped
3. Try to receive the 1 ST back into inventory: In lot entry window, receive error "Quantity entered .90719 is greater than Quantity available .82299 for this lot yyy  in the RMA"
