On : 12.1. version, Deals- Other Deal Items

When attempting to to predeliver or rollover a FX Spot/Forward deal we face an error. If the deal is between a foreign currency and Functional currency then predelivery/rollback will not work. For example, Mexico Peso is the functional currency for ledger, when the Buy currency is USD and Sell currency is MXN(mex Peso) for Fx Spot deal then we cannot predeliver or rollover the transaction. But if we use Buy Currency as USD and sell currency is EUR for Fx SPOT deal then the system allows us to predeliver/rollover. The following  ERROR

To save this transaction please first enter a current system FX spot rate that is on or before the deal date
for the deal's defined contra currency MXN and your company's ledger curreny MXN

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempting to predeliver or rollover a FX Spot/Forward deal

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot predeliver or rollover a FX Spot/Forward deal
