Goal
Question 1:
We would like to know if EBS supports Workflow Approvals using Smart Phones like Android or Iphones and the mail client on the device (not Mobile Approvals App )
Question 2:
The problem occurs on some phones where the NID is not sent when an approval is generated from a mobile device. We have 2 devices that we can recreate this with. What is the NID used for within Oracle? How is it generated on the e-mail response? Please advise
