Symptoms

The Item Instance Query in Order Management is not returning available items.  The following message is displayed:

No rows returned.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create Sales Order line
2. Navigate to Actions - Item Instance Query
3. Enter known available item and select Find
4. No rows are returned
