Unable To Create Repair Order When Using The 'Add To IB' Option (Doc ID 1318498.1)

When attempting to create a repair order with 'Add to IB' option, the repair order is not saved and no error is displayed.
However, if the 'Save As Is' option is used, then the repair order is created successfully.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the Repair Order form.
2. Enter the mandatory information in the Service Request block, and enter the details (including an item) in the Repair Order Details.  Then click the Save button.
3. Click 'Add to IB' button.
