Symptoms
When attempting to merge Customer, account merge fails on requests that have multiple billing location sites for the "duplicate" customer.
The output file error shows:
ERROR: AR.ARP_CMERGE.merge
&NUM_ROWS row(s) updated
Updating table AR_PAYMENT_SCHEDULES
The log file error shows:
MSG-00001: Updating table AR_PAYMENT_SCHEDULES 28-MAR-2011 12:03:58
MSG-00100: merge_products errored out
A trace file shows error 1422 (singleton select returns more than one row)
